Before jumping into real estate, I earned my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut (Go Huskies!) where I focused on organizational communication—studying everything from writing and advertising to persuasion and mass media. After college, I honed my negotiation and problem-solving skills working in human resources within an organized labor environment. Whether I was negotiating contracts or resolving employee concerns, I was building the same skills I use today to get my clients the best results.
